- Ralink 802.11b/g Linux Wireless Drivers - more info - website
Ralink produce a range of wireless chipsets which are common in consumer 802.11b/g/n wireless cards currently on the market. Their rt2400 chipset is an 802.11b chipset that can be found embedded in PCI and PCMCIA cards. Their rt2500 chipset is the same but for 802.11g. Their rt2570 chipset is an 802.11g chipset implemented in USB hardware. New 802.11n chipsets are also appearing under the rt2800 code. Ralink have released the Linux drivers under the GPL for these chipsets. I'm involved with a group of developers who support mainline kernel drivers for these chipsets. I host the project website and provide assistance where possible - Minitar MNWAPGA Open Source Firmware - more info - website
Minitar are producing an 802.11g/b access point that runs Linux as it's internal Operating System. We are starting an Open Source development for the firmware that runs the device. We hope to be able to implement community-friendly enhancements such as SSH access and dynamic routing protocols. This project has been superceeded by work on the 802.11n MWGAP device instead. - CoMoblog - Mobile Blogging Application - more info - website
CoMoblog is a branch of the original EasyMoblog blogging application. It is a PHP application that you can install into your web space to add blogging functions to your website. The main difference between CoMoblog and the 1001 other blogging applications out there is the unique way you post messages to the blog and the various content types it's able to support. I have stopped supporting this application due to time constraints and lack of interest.
