eeePC 1000h + Ubuntu +Low Volume

OK, so after getting the Microphone working the only problem was that the volume was way too soft. I have NO IDEA how this fix works, but it does. Check out the link below.

Decent volume now. Just don't forgot to select PCM from the preferences list before closing the window.
